Robert, I don't get my Pantera wet. I wipe it down with a damp cloth and keep it covered when in the garage. Doesn't answer the 'where's the water coming from' question, but I also don't have water anywhere I don't want it. :-)

Also, my wipers work just on second speed; on first nothing happens. Would that likely be a switch issue or it could be that they are wired wrong?
