
You mean like fences or vortex generators on aircraft wings. I¹m not an areo engineer, but I think those devises redirect or concentrate air flow, not keep it from separating from the surface. Maybe the devices actually end up accomplishing just that. I¹m sure a lot of guys on this forum know the answer.
