Because of agreements made with folks who submitted data to Chuck for his registry, POCA was unable to 'take over' his registry. Attempts were made to contact Chuck at the time with only minimal response. In turn, the POCA Board under Scott Martin started developing a new registry to which many inputs have been made. Unfortunately, I fear it has stalled out and will likely never be as complete as the registry Chuck assembled over many years of work.
