Make sure you’re not hitting the fork against the front seal housing or bolts. The bolts should be Allen heads to make more room for the fork. I had to shorten my throw out bearing even after taking the 3 shims out. I discovered my throwout bearing was tight against the clutch fingers when I replaced my pressure plate and disc. Good thing my friend is a machinist.
