Terry, Is there a web site out there with tools for this? What would make it valuable would be if it is searchable. For example, being able to search for cooling system mods, brake mods, exhaust systems, suspension mod., etc. After all the copyright drama here recently, people may be gun shy regarding creating a web site where others can post content. Ideally, it would not require monitoring, but I don't think a disclaimer regarding posts of third party content removes liability for copyright infringement. I do however think it would be a rare occurrence for a third party to raise an infringement issue, for example, someone posting a third party's copyrighted photo. When a claim like that is made, usually all the site owner has to do is take down the infringing material.
