That's a "Stealth" unit. I think Hall Pantera sold them for a while when the F-117 program was still at Groom Lake. They are extremely hard to find today. Most people literally stumble on them at swap meets. If you can find one, they have been known to have nearly unrestricted airflow up to the available venturi size of the carb or other throttle body. I can see this owner lost the original top and is substituting one of those K&N filter tops instead. That potentially could affect the airflow swirl to the venturis of the carb, it would be better if they could find an original top. I forgot to mention that one of the two Panteras racing this weekend pulled up and parked in the middle of the party. Apparently the owner is the guy who previously ran a very stock Pantera L model in previous years, very slowly. He now has a great looking Gr4 replica:
