You can sign up people on your smart phone at car shows, events, etc.
In addition, you can now choose the International option; no matter where you live, and receive a full POCA membership for $50.00 instead of $75.00. What this option gives you is to receive "Digital only" Newsletters and Profiles in full color pdf format.
Note: If they want posted hardcopies then they would choose the Domestic option for the standard $75.00,
