Ed, I have the newer replacement bumper if you need it. It's not rubber. I had it on my car for a short while when my original bumper disintegrated. I took it off and replaced with the small bumperetts. Very lightweight so shipping should not break the bank. Now the paint is bumpy, with cracks, and looks bad. My thought is to sand off the paint. But I do not know how to get the luster back to the black bumper. Any suggestions about this problem.
