Evap-O-Rust isn't acid though. It's non-toxic (before putting oily parts in it). You can put your bare hands in it.

You can get the same results by just using toilet bowl cleaner at a far less cost. Acid is acid (for the rust that is).

Hi guys,
I saw this product at Harbor Freight and it sounded too good to be true. Just dunk a rusty part in it and let it soak for a few hours, the rust gets gone with no scrubbing or sanding. Just rinse off with water. Costs $27 a gallon so I figured, what the hell?
I grabbed a gallon and when I got home I treated an old rotor. Sure enough, it works like a champ! Check it out below...
