There are a number of types of copyrights, each with their own lifespan and their own set of somewhat complex rules. We have been down this road a few times with respect to the use of FoMoCo documents and images. I seriously doubt the folks at Ford have any real concern over a car club's use of 45 year old documents. They are not going to screw over their own fan base by enforcing some copyright for a product they have not sold in 40 years. 99 problems -- this ain't one of them ------ Original Message ------ From: "Robert Pink" <robpink2012@gmail.com> To: "Kurt Byrnes" <kdb@kbyrnes.com> Cc: "DeTomaso@server.detomasolist.com" <DeTomaso@server.detomasolist.com> Sent: 5/23/2016 7:51:01 PM Subject: Re: [DeTomaso] Copyright law
I am no expect but I believe Copyright has a limited life which is well less than the age of our cars. I think any copyright that Ford had has long ago expired?

If you or anyone you know could please advise me in regards to copyrights of material posted to the list, please contact me ASAP! Sheesh!
