Mike, i don't know, if you are blind or ignorant. None of that (ugly) design features made it to the SI Pantera.I doubt, that the parts where made in Modena. I believe it was a joint effort. Kirk's design but built in Modena. It presaged the Pantera Si, which was ostensibly designed by Gandini but seemed to borrow a lot from Kirk's design!

When the styling of the Pantera (GT5-S) was considered for updating, DeTomaso created new front and rear sections.
See one example, from Pantera 9494 in the registry.
This car is also currently up for sale.
I like the new rear styling, perhaps more than what went into production on the Pantera Si.
