It’s so fuzzy, but some lightening and a few frames and I am fairly sure Mike is right. It looks like a color-bumper or more likely bumper-less car. Signal lights are correct location too. Something looks off regarding the headlights. Like they are clear covered units on the outside of the fender, not built into the top?
