Steven, I'd reach out to the likes of Dennis Quella and Ron McCall. Dennis was advocating internal throw out bearings for many years and should have a stash of clutch forks on the shelf. Likewise, a lot of the GT40 replica crowd seem to opt for an internal hydraulic throw out too. He want to go back to the stock external throwout shaft and cylinder. We changed from the stock type 30 years ago and it had not beyond repair.
