Asa, back in the '80s, a Swedish POCA member converted his Pantera to have a wheel-center horn also using the Ghia logo button. I did an illustrated Newsletter article on it. He did have to make some parts but it seemed quite do-able, as I remember. And no- I don't remember what issue but it was before year 2000.
