Mike, I went through this in 2019 with my 74 Pantera. I researched the forum, email lists and other sources and decided net new would be better than rebuilding. I ended up buying a 3-point set from Seatbelt Planet (model 30512010 - 3 Point Retractable Lap & Shoulder). They have the nice GT5S style female receivers and allowed me to retain use of the original sill plates. They assemble in the U.S. and are Veteran owned. They only have one retractor reel in the back firewall mount, which I have found works better than the original design. I did have to modify the metal covers to cover the reel in the back firewall, but it blends in fine and is behind my seatbacks. Plus total cost was around $200 delivered. I've really liked them and wanted all new components in a life-safety system. If you wanted to rebuild yours they also provide repair services and rewebbing. I need a source to have the belts for 6328 redone. I would prefer to use the original sill plates. 6328 is a 3-point belt with retractors on both ends.
