Good question but since he was removed by action of the board, I don't think he qualifies for a seat. I'm sure the POCA board will not allow it. I think a ban is the sign of a healthy club.
It¹s no different than having a bouncer throw someone out of a club when they cause problems.
I don¹t know about the ³for life² part, though. The ban should be written into the bylaws. It should include the conditions, a BOD vote, a term - like banned for X years, and maybe banned from elections for X years vs. banned as a member.
