As per the bylaws; we gave a a 5 day notice to all BOD members prior to this meeting, we gave out an agenda, and the meeting was set as a regular BOD meeting. Michael Shortt did not attend nor did Mike Burnett. John Buckman resigned from the board earlier in the day due to medical illness. Present at the meeting were: Bob Reid - Treasurer Joe Stockett - Secretary Judy McCartney - Membership Ed Mendez - PR This constituted a quorum as per the bylaws as we had a majority 4 out of 6 remaining members. We voted unanimously for the removal of Michael Shortt as President. We drafted a letter and sent the notice below via certified mail. Another meeting is set to decide the next steps.
