It's actually an American movie called "Challenge", the first of many made by a guy named Earl Owensby in North Carolina. He made a string of cheesy drive-in low budget flicks. You can still buy the film directly from him. The trailer is on YouTube. Hilariously bad acting! Mike Sent from my iPad
